Incredible Resort
Incredible resort with access to the other Hilton properties nearby. The grand scale and the beauty of the pools and walkways took our breath away! You could spend endless hours exploring it all. Our room was well appointed, we enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Staff were helpful and friendly. Maid service could be more thorough. Would most certainly stay here again.

The property is gorgeous and has so many great amenities! The shuttle service is on time and there are a plethora of wonderful dining options throughout the property! The shopping is great but some of the stores hours are minimal.

A little piece of paradise with a couple flaws
This property is definitely worth checking out. Room was nice, clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk was friendly but not accommodating to any request we made. Many other properties give a little wiggle room for late check out, room changes, etc. There should be free coffee in the lobby at breakfast time and/or a punch in the lobby at check in.

We just had one night here, but wished we had more. Great room and property. Kids would’ve stayed in the lagoon the whole time, if they could’ve. Will stay here again, if we’re ever back in Kona.
