Paniolo Greens is always a fun place to stay. Close enough to Waikoloa shoreline but not the price. I love the spacious rooms and condo. It does need a update but I enjoy staying at Paniolo greens every time I do.

Surprised to see wild turkeys walking around early in the morning. The property is maintained nice. The condos could use upgrades. Our microwave needed replacing because it didn’t work. The decor is dated. The can opener was rusty. The floor tiles in the kitchen had missing grout. The paint in one bathroom had bubbled near the shower.

Perfect spot for a family stay, good for a longer stay. Has everything you need, very spacious, extra bathroom and extra bed, each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. We just loved it. Would like to come back.

Two bedroom condo, air conditioners in living room, and both bedrooms. Nice. We cooked meals in well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed 200 channels on TV. Nene geese and turkeys hanging out with us on patio overlooking the golf course. Beds very comfortable. Scenery around mountain is outstanding 👌

The view from the room was excellent; you could see the distant mountains and the golf course directly. The house also had a kitchen, washer, and dryer, which was very convenient. There’s a supermarket nearby, making shopping easy. The house was quiet and spacious. If we come back to Kona, we’d choose this place again!

It’s a little off the beaten path, but not too far from beaches. It’s not your typical resort, more like an apartment/condo community that backs up to a golf course. The front desk is pretty lackluster and there’s no concierge, they have a number you can call or chat with a virtual concierge service. We were pleasantly surprised by how big our place was and it had pretty much everything we needed. Full kitchen, living/dining room, 3 tvs, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balconies, and wild turkeys that are frequently seen walking around the grounds. I think the area will probably build up in the future, but right now it’s lacking. We mostly bought stuff and would eat at our place. For the price you can’t beat it. I was very pleasantly surprised. If you’re looking for a luxurious resort feel, go to one of the waikoloa resorts. If you’re looking to adventure off the resort and have a comfortable place to stay, this place is perfect. I loved having the washer and dryer in our unit, my son wore the same outfit bc I washed it every night lol!
