Not a bad hotel. Beds are a little hard but ok. Hotel is right off the highway so it is noisy and the hotel doors are outside so you will hear the cars and trucks and all the crazy speeding people at night. Breakfast was a standard continental with waffles, cereal, juice, bagels, raisin bread, and muffins. We did not go in the pool because it's too cold outside but it was open and small with a deep end up to 5 ft it says. Overall, it is not a bad budget option, similar to other Quality Inns we've stayed in. The room was clean and didn't smell bad. We stayed in the king with a couch. The couch is a little hard but my kid slept fine on it. Lots of outlets and USB ports near the bed. No overhead lights, everything was lamps.

Comfy beds and pillows, laminate floors, clean sheets and towels. Not super fancy, but more than adequate for 2 night stay. Only odd thing is a metal panel between bed and floor makes banging noise.

Everything was fine except the condition of my room. The outlet by the sink that the coffee machine was plugged into was broken and didn't work. The desk lamp was not plugged in and there was no outlet available. The floor lamp was not plugged in and the cord was rolled around the base. I did find an outlet for that lamp. The office chair by the desk was totally decrepit to the point that it could be dangerous.

The first room I had had air in the bather bed sheet was dirty spider in the bathroom’s rood I talked to them they changed the room for the price I see it was good so therefore no complaint they also have a simple breakfast nothing is perfect. I enjoyed my stay in peace woke up early to continue my journey

I guess reservations don't mean much
It was okay however, we had reserved connecting rooms. When I got there the gentleman said to I did not reserve connecting rooms and was going to make me take two separate rooms next to each other. The reason I had reserved the connecting rooms was I had an autistic grandson with me, two rooms next to each other would not be acceptable as I told the gentleman. He insisted that I did not order two rooms joining. I then had to pull up my hotel.com reservation with the conversations and replies from the quality inn in reserve to really be no problem giving me a joining room. Let me tells me that the person that was in the room I was supposed to have didn't want to leave. Which is the reason why he was going to put me in other rooms. I said that's not my problem you should have had that gentleman or lady check out and then recheck in because those rooms were already reserved 3 months ahead of time. Not sure if I will be returning to this property as I had to kind of get upset before this gentleman even offered me another joining room with a large king size bed and one with double beds.
