Large Sunny Holiday Home

Large five bedroom holiday home situated only 2.5km from Wanaka Township, 5 minutes walk to Bremner Bay and Eely Point, a popular location for boat launching.

This sunny home has recently been renovated and redecorated with new carpet being layed November 2023. The lounge/living area has large bifold doors opening out on to a sunny deck that is a sun trap. The inside area contains a large log fire with heat transfer unit. All 5 of the bedrooms have queen beds, the fifth has 2 single beds aswell as the queen bed. We encourage our guests to bring their own linen (sheets pillowcases and towels) however if this is not possible we can provide them for $150 this includes the washing. If you are wanting to hire our linen we ask that this additional charge be paid directly to me to cover the linen laundering costs. I can provide those details once you have booked. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There are 3 bathrooms servicing the 5 bedrooms.

This home consists of a modern well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, a large living area with separate dining. A conservatory provides a relaxing space, catching all day sun. Bathrooms each contain a shower and toilet, en suite upstairs also has a bath.

A large park situated over the road provides plenty of space for recreation. The house is also equipped with a large plasma television and sky t.v, a gas barbeque, and ample off street parking.

This home is an ideal getaway sleeping 11/12 people with ample living areas and all the comforts of home.

WANAKA Large comfortable home
Ideal for a extend family base. Warm , comfortable, clean. Just a couple of things to keep in mind.Rubbish needs to be taken to recycling and cost $8 a bag to dump.Would of been nice to have had the sheets on the beds, especially when traveling a long way and arriving late.

Fantastic house, suited us to a tee, had all the necessities just like being at home.

Roomy, comfortable house with lots of room. Large lounge room with a great wood burner. Lots of bedrooms - upstairs rooms have amazing views of the snow capped mountains (in winter). We loved our stay at this holiday house! We were a group of 11 and this house easily accommodated us all. It features a large living area with heaps of seating. There is a large kitchen with enough cooking and eating equipment for a large group which made it easy to manage. It is warm with a cosy huge woodburner. The hosts were helpful and communication was great. I would love to revisit in the summer and enjoy the beautiful deck area! Thanks for a fabulous and very comfortable stay! We had an amazing weekend!

Great Family House
We were a family group of 12, 3 generations staying for 6 days. It was superb as the house had heaps of room for everyone, it was very well equipped for cooking large meals, we couldn't fault it. Rhonda was very helpful & we appreciated the complementary bottle of wine . Would stay again in a heartbeat.
