The room is noisy. One noise source is the AC, and the other is the water pipeline inside the wall. The curtain does not block the light well, which undermines my sleep quality. Finally, I am a Hyatt discoverist member but I was not offered the benefit.

From desk staff was mixed in terms of service. Upon our check in and check out they were wonderful, as well as the valet staff. However, the front desk attendant (young caucasian female with dark hair) who worked on Saturday morning (11/16/24) was extremely rude, impatient, and had an attitude. Otherwise, our stay was reasonably good.

Located in nice, well-lit and safe-feeling area. The breakfast was nice enough (though the juice glasses were all dirty, every single one I picked up) and the room was clean. Strong water pressure in the shower. I would return.

Staff is very helpful. Very clean rooms. The location near Rosslyn metro makes it super easy to reach from DCA. Easy walk to Georgetown. I’ve stayed twice would definitely return.
