It was a beautiful location however it should be stated so person's know that half of the town is closed and does not open up until May. Only 2 restuarants available no pubs, liquor store closed, Prince of Wales historic site closed. Roads to water falls closed. If we had been made aware of this we would have booked at a different time.

All the staff were exceptional. Friendly and courteous, the folks at the front desk went out of their way to ensure the best possible options for my Mom's limited mobility were looked after. She is often in a wheelchair and availability for wider doorways in an adjacent room on the main floor were made. It made her day and was greatly appreciated ny her during her stay. The entire room was very clean and quute comfortable. Wonderful experience all around - I highly recommend and would certainly come back.

This property was very clean and maintained during our stay. We did come in the winter season (April) with not much open and around but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Since it was our first time, we had wished if someone mentioned that not much is open around this time of the year, would have made arrangements to come another time. since we couldn't do much outdoor activities during our stay.

This property was amazing! I was expecting a room and received so much more. The suite was clean and tidy, and I had everything that I needed for my stay. Staff was incredible and it was easy to check in. Lots of parking in the back made my suite easily accessible. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel.
