Don't like pets and very rude
Made the reservation in distress as i had a flat tire and my family very up set, didn't know they had a no pet policy and i walked my small dog in and out on a leash then i get a very nasty phone call from them stating they needed to throw away bedding because they couldn't clean it, the dog slept in her own bed with her own blanket, they charged my card $109.00 and threatened to charge me $250.

A small access which is difficult to find at night if the sign is not illuminated. Convenient location for the Maine coast, options for dining locally after 20:00 are very limited.

Stay was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel room originally booked had plumbing issues and owner called the day before to let us know and gave us another room that was equal to the one we booked. Would not have known otherwise.

The room was spacious, clean and with terrific kitchen amenities such as coffee, a toaster and real silverware and glass cups and glass plates. There is a cold mini fridge, microwave and large sink. There is a hair dryer and a good assortment of bath products. The staff was terrific. However the room walls are very thin. I could hear the conversations next door and when one started snoring I had to put in earplugs. The hotel balcony lights are very bright so it’s not dark whatsoever at night. Good for safety, bad for sleeping. Overall this hotel is of very good value and I would definitely stay here again.

The brightness of the outside lights disturbed our sleep. The hot water was so hot that we both got burned. We mentioned it to the proprietor and he said it has to be that hot in order for all the rooms to get hot water. ??? We have stayed here before and didn’t have this issue but probably will not stay here again.
