This freshly updated, beautifully decorated 3BR/1.5BA West Harwich one-level home features a spacious, inviting living area with a comfy sectional couch and 42" smart TV with Roku, a large dining table great for family dinners, and a bright, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with every kitchen amenity you'll need. Wood floors throughout. The connected, screened-in sun porch is a perfect spot for relaxation at the end of the day. Kick back on the the cozy sectional couch with a cocktail and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The sun porch also has a mounted 42" smart TV with Roku.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Serene king and queen bedrooms feature comfortable Tuft & Needle memory foam mattresses. Bunk room is adorably decorated and features memory foam, full-over-full mattresses on the bunk bed as well as a twin XL memory foam mattress with a trundle bed.

Both the1/2 bath and full bath have been fully updated with new flooring, plumbing and fixtures. Full bath equipped with a spacious bathtub.

OUTDOOR AREAS
A sprawling, lush yard provides the kids with plenty of room to run around and play lawn games. Brand new stone patio installed in 2022 with outdoor dining tables, and a separate sitting area with adirondack chairs. New OUTDOOR TV installed in 2023 so you won't miss a single summer sporting event. There is a large outdoor shower to rinse the sand and salt off after a day at the beach. A sizable shed houses beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. Weber grill perfect for summer BBQ-ing.

The perfect cape home.
Our family of 5 (mom dad 3 kids- 6,5,1) stayed here for a week in July 2024. We had literally zero complaints here. We have stayed at a handful of cape homes and this one was by far the best. It was extremely clean and organized with a homey feel without having too much stuff around with little kids (even has good shades/curtains in the bedrooms which is great with little ones). The beds are all so comfortable! They have everything you need including for the beach- nice chairs, wagon, boogie boards, sand toys etc. the beach was a less than 10 minute walk even with the kids. Close drive to tons of restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, bumper cars, mini golf etc. Water park was about 20 minutes away and was a highlight of our trip. The backyard is so nice with tons of games in the shed and the best outdoor shower that we used daily! Our family would LOVE to return to this home next summer!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were helpful in answering questions and they supplied some beach accessories that we were grateful we did not need to travel with. We would stay here again!

Just what we needed
This home was the perfect family getaway for our family. The property was as advertised and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the host was very responsive to any inquiries we made. Would definitely look at this house again if returning to the area.
