beds very comfortable as were pillows with several from which to choose. Shower was great. Staff nice. 2 bedroom apartment was very roomy. Kitchen & fridge good size especialy for someone staying longer. Only downside heater hard to adjust then was too hot all night and blockout curtains hard to close/ open.

Aircon on 10th floor wasn’t working - horrible night’s sleep due to hot/stuffy room as well as only a top sheet on mattress (no mattress protector too) so sheet kept slipping mouldy/dirty bathroom. Moved to 7th floor- great aircon but dirty/mouldy bathroom and air vents. Reception staff were great at sorting issues out but disappointed that these issues were there to start with. Certainly made for an interesting stay.

The property was in very bad condition and was filthy. We arrived late in the evening and check-in by getting our key from a lockbox. The instructions were good and the obtaining the key was fine. However, when we got to the room we were shocked by how dirty it was. The plates weren't clean. The bathroom was disgusting. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in several months. There was dust and dirt everywhere. Additionally, the shower water fluctuated from burning hot to ice cold continuously. We notified them through the app that night and the next morning went to the front desk to ask for another room. The first thing the person asked was if we took photos of the room. We did and responded as such. He said that we needed to email the photos to him before he can give us a new room. It was strange to us that there was no apology or other question, just asked if we had proof. They provided us with another room, which was cleaner than the first, but still disgusting. The shower was better in that the fluctuations in the temperature were not as great. We didn't receive the "gift of wine" as stated in the listing. Definitely would not stay in this place again and would encourage the health department to shut it down.

Handy location but looking rather tired and run down. Had to get someone to unlock safe. They had to come back the next day to unlock. Had to request the complimentary bottle of wine. Latch on front load washing machine damaged which made it hard to close and therefore function. Table in the lounge seemed to be damaged as very wobbly. Room 608. Have stayed before when reception fully staffed and someone onsite for any issues. No longer have staff onsite. On arrival 2 people at reception. One eating a meal and watching tv or movie on a tablet. Hardly a great first impression.

Comfort and convenience at the heart of Melbourne
Concierge was friendly and accommodating. Early/late check out granted. Room is spacious and complete with mini kitchen, dining, living rooms and washer/dryer with detergents! Location is readily accessible. Perfect stay for comfort and convenience. Would happily come back to this accommodation.
