We stay at the Embassy Suites for the weekend. Our room was on the 13th Floor, and a family reunion in multiple rooms surrounded us. Doors slammed, folks yelling and rowdy until 2 am. Yikes. The room was ok, but the sinks would fill up and slow to drain. The pool and surrounding area need a refresh. Overall, the stay was decent but I would choose a different hotel next time in West Palm.

Service was average at best. Res desk & FD couldn’t find my res. Next time it came up, again we were “not found” w too much going back & forth to find it. Server couldn’t manage to get the feta on side, and when he went back, he just scraped off the feta from lettuce. In days of food allergies that’s unacceptable. Food at breakfast and dinner was poor although the ambience was great. Libby and restaurant were ver spacious.
