The room was not ready until 5:30 pm (check in is at 4). There was non perks offered for this delay. The person checking is in was rude and unapologetic. The room was dirty, the whole place is dated. The sink dripped all night, the housekeepers began vacuuming at 6 am. Like: the restaurant was fantastic for both dinner and breakfast.

They are working on one elevator in the tower which is fine, everything needs work now and then but the one operational elevator is just dirty. The shower was not hot and the warm only lasted seconds maybe 1 min. I was only there for one night but I’m sure the best western was better.

The place is in dire need of an update. Space in the vanity where a fridge once was. TV faded dark after a couple of minutes. Faucet dripped and toilet ran. Door in the bathroom was kicked in and puttied. No place to hang or place your clothes when showering

I paid $275 for a room with a jacuzzi on Expedia, the first bad thing of my trip was the elevator that leads up from the main floor did not work so we had to walk up the stairs with all of our luggage, we got in our room and it looked like they really neglected that room, carpet were fraying up, paint was coming off, ceiling looked like it had a leak at some point and never fixed the paint so you can just see the bubbles on the ceiling, there was no refrigerator, our jacuzzi had horrible water pressure and took an hour to only fill it halfway, then we went to get dinner at the cafe and my French dip didn’t have cheese and my mashed potatoes were cold by the time I got my food didn’t have gravy like I asked and it took them until we were halfway done with our food to bring us our bud light we asked for in the beginning. Just the worst experience, I highly recommend not staying at this hotel especially for the price, for the same price you can stay at one of the other hotels and it’s way nicer. First time back here in years and very disappointed.

The room was fairly clean, but a lot of the lights were broken and wouldn’t turn on within the room. The elevator took a really long time and repeated tries to get to our floor. We didn’t even stay the night. We drove back home three hours.

Don’t stay if you want sleep .
The rooms AC didn’t work. We’re right next to the elevators and heard the elevators go up and down every single time. There were three right side of the window in any kind of wind would knock the tree into the window, making it sound like the window was gonna break. When you took a shower, the shower was not seal and weak into the bathroom and into the other room anything that was on the floor suitcases or anything got soaked the elevator sound like they’re going to crash or breakdown at any moment and the garbage bags left out by the garbage is just sitting there

We love the staff and gambling. The rooms on the other hand are so bad. The price we had to pay for the room was way out of line for the condition of the room as well. Otherwise great time, staff was great and the food was great. Probably not coming back

The rooms need to be updated the wall paper is pilling off, there was no coffee pot only one chair at the table in a 2 bedroom room,carpet was pulled up with a lot of bugs inder it. The shampoo in shower had no lid. And anyone can put anything in it . It was gross. I will never stay there again for that price i paid.

First the parking garage is too small and a hassle to use for larger vehicles. It took me 10 min to park only to be told I could bot park there from security. I had to park at the opposite end of the property. Second o guess hot water is a luxury item now. Took me 10 min to get warm water out of the sink. Old part of hotel.Toilet not working,and shower not working well no hot water.Everything is broken.Overall good time and fun.New part of hotel was much better.

Reserved king bed room for New Year’s Eve. Was given double queen in some 1980’s hotel room. No refigerator. Holes in the walls. Wall paper peeling off the walls. Toilet hardly flushes. Bad lighting. No lampshade only lamp in room. Terrible to charge what was charged for this room. Recommend never ever staying here

Air conditioner did not work. I asked for a new room because it was incredibly hot in the room and our neighbors were really loud. Second room smelled of weed. Immediately went to get a third room, of course the a/c didn't work, but I was able to open the door that went to the pool outside and cool off the room to a tolerable level.

The dining options were slim and my 29.99 steak was medium well (no where near med rare). When serving steak, ask you guest to cut into it and verify in case theres a discrepancy that needs resolution.
