We were put in a room that had broken handles. Bathroom door knob and most concerning back door slider to the parking lot. WHEN i TURNED IN MY KEYS THERE WAS NO ONE TO TELL. oLNY DECAF ONE CUP POT IN ROOM KURIG FOR FRONT DESK

i did not like anything for example the pool railings are unsafe need to be fix my wife almost coming out of she needs the railing but they where shaky as can be she would of fell if i wasnt behind her and thepool depth wasnt not marked we wont stay there again

I booked this hotel for a beach vacation with my kids. After 1 night stay the weather changed and the next 4 days were rainy. So I asked the manager Mr. patel who lives at the hotel and also the front desk that if I could do early checkout without penalties because what will I do with 2 young children in a hotel room for 4 days. They both said yes I can do that and that they will refund me the balance money. I also chatted with expedia and expedia aslo spoke to them over phone to make sure it was ok. Then I checked out. Now after 20 days they are refusing to refund my balance money stating that they have no refund policy. I am sure if they have done this to me they have also done this to other people and rebooked the room and make double money on it. If they just would have been upfront and said that hey we will not refund the money I would have stayed and made it work. Moreover the rooms and the bathroom were much smaller than they look in the pictures.

Check-in person was very unfriendly and did not even mention pool hours, free breakfast, etc. I overheard the other clerk telling another guest the info. Room was in need of TLC. The hairdryer was falling apart, there was damage to the wall, repaired, but not painted over. Burn hole in the shape of an iron in the carpet and our slider screen was off the track, my husband had to fix it. Bathroom was tiny. Room safe did not work and wouldn’t accommodate my husband’s work laptop. Beds were comfy and clean. We did not use either the indoor or outdoor pools. Overall, not terrible as no place is perfect, but for the money I expected a better quality room.

I liked that it’s 5 minutes drive from Seagull beach. It’s a very nice beach with fine sand. Parking at the beach is 20$ for the day. The hotel is also located right in the middle of Cape Cod, so it allowed us to go visit nearly every place in less than 30-40 minutes (except for Provincetown with is more than an hour drive) The place is relatively clean but these areas could be improved: - There is a big pile of dirty laundry directly in front of the back entrance. - We can’t see through windows in the room because they are dirty and thermos are finished. - Air conditioner in the room smelled really bad. There’s free breakfast included, but it’s very crowded every morning and the food is not that great. It does the job for a day or two, if you are in a hurry or if you are satisfied with toasts and butter with children cereals. I definitely don’t recommend the eggs and sausages. Waffles were decent though. At our arrival, we were greeted very coldly by a young guy at the front desk. I had to go see him twice during our 4 days stay because my room keys were incorrectly programmed. Same cold experience with him the first time. Second time he apologized and was ok. For our departure (6AM), no one was at the front desk. I put the keys on the desk and left. That’s basically the experience I had with the staff, lol. To conclude, I’d say that our experience was good for the price and considering that we were last minute in August.

There could’ve been more attention to maintenance. For instance, the lock on the glass sliding door did not work. If it wasn’t for the metal bar, you couldn’t lock the door. The screen outside the sliding door was defective. It didn’t work and nearly fell off the track. In the bathroom, the shower curtain rod was loose. It could move. It wasn’t secured properly. There was also a leak on the ceiling and it wasn’t fixed properly. Where the vanity was to support it, they added a cheap piece of plywood. It wasn’t even painted or properly cut.

Good place for a reasonable price. The bed is very firm. Close to a lot of area restaurants and attractions. The one thing that I really think needs improving is the wi-fi. If you get up early before everyone else you will have some band width, but from 7:30 am on trying to do some computer work using the wi-fi will leave you wanting. Other than that the place is a solid choice.
