There are times when things occur that are unavoidable. The setting, the attractive room and bath and the breakfast area were very nice. Management did their utmost to jump forward and resolve every aspect to my satisfaction. I recommend The Viana and thank Mr. Takir for being a true and positive representative of The Viana.

This place is not a 4 star hotel. It has real old furniture that makes it feel more like a 2 star hotel. The room had a bad smell to it. I would not stay here again. I'm not sure why people give it a good rating.

Clean, friendly helpful staff, nice size room, quiet, nice bathroom. I like that we had control of the temperature in the room. The bed was a bit hard but that is preference. It was clean and nice. My husband’s shower was lukewarm. My shower after him was hot. The water pressure was amazing/hard. The coffee was good. Breakfast was acceptable not great. It was weird because there was no sign that there was a cost. All in all, it is a good place to stay, and we are coming back.
