Everything was just fine. Quality breakfast. We encountered a smell of marijuana on an elevator one morning and were pleased it was gone the next time we rode the same elevator. Room was clean and staff was very courteous.

I was standing at the door and witnessed the cleaning staff entering the room at 8:45am using a keycard without knocking or identifying herself. When questioned, she tried to tell me that the "housekeeping" card was on the doorknob for clean towels, which was a lie. Prior to that, my room door was found partially closed after returning from breakfast downstairs. I did not feel my belongings would be safe if left unattended in the room.

The service I received did not satisfy the quality of service The Hyatt claims to give to its customers. My room was NOT cleaned and when I addressed the front desk about the issue they showed no type of interest in resolving the problem. In fact they did not fix it. Since room service didnā€™t come in we had no towels, no tissues, no toilet paper and all the trash accumulated from the night before. Front desk lady said she was sending towels to my room and she never sent them. I again mentioned it at checkout in the morning and all the receptionist said was ā€œsorry.ā€ It was my first and will be my last time staying here. I will also make sure to tell my friends and family not to stay at any Hyatt and that they can find better service elsewhere.

Nice property and works well for longer stays. Great breakfast, nice outdoor property space, clean with nice staff. Limited walkability - though Wegmans up the street has great dining options in prepared foods.

Terrible Terrible Terrible
Hotel room was tired. There was no fresh water bottles, coffees, tea, milk or other amenities. The cups and silverware were filthy so even with what we brought in we had no supplies with which to eat. The kitchen sink was broken so even water was not drinkable. In the bathroom there were no supplies such as body cream or q tips. Only supply was shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall. There was no food available after 6:00pm and no menu in the room as to what may have been served if anything. All in all this was the worst recent hotel stays we experienced especially in a Hyatt. Perhaps you could follow up on this review.
