I can’t wait for our next trip to the Baymont!!
I have been coming to this property for years and I must say that this time around the hotel and the staff provided an excellent experience. The front desk staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The bagels at breakfast were a big hit with my nephew- the picky eater among us. My sister loved the double shower heads. I was just happy with a clean, quiet, and comfortable room. The staff overall were great and made our stay an enjoyable experience. The facility was very clean and looked awesome at all levels.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to Westchester Hospital. We left early in the morning for an appointment and came back to get our lunch items from fridge and to check out. The room had already been cleaned and the fridge cleared out! I’m not sure how this had happened since we did not even check out of the room.

I stayed with my wife for a weekend away to explore nearby Sleepy Hollow. The hotel was clean and bright, the beds were comfortable. They did give me the wrong room, and I had to go back to front desk and show them my reservation, and after some back of forth I was able to get put in the correct type of room. I wish there had been a mirror at the desk for when there is more than 1 person getting ready. The hotel was a bit noisy when we were trying to sleep. The included breakfast was nice and they replenished it often.

It looks like the property felt outdated. Our original stay was scheduled for two nights, checking in on Friday, and out on Sunday. There were parties held at the property, and party guests were so loud till well past 11pm. We could hear people in the parking lot, next door rooms even after past 1am. We couldn’t sleep from the noise, constant banging of guest room doors, flushing of toilets and chatters coming through thin walls. When we spoke to the night manager/reception, the person claimed we were the first people complaining about the noise ever. The person was also rude and unsympathetic to us. The entire time we were talking, the person was on the phone with someone called Eduardo. We felt our concern wasn’t taken seriously. We decided to cut our stay short because of it. We don’t recommend anyone staying here.
