Pros: Convenient location, the lady at the check in desk was very nice and helpful. The outdoor hot tub is quite pleasant. Cons: The sink in our room was dirty and clogged, no blackout curtains.

We booked this reservation through hotels.com a few weeks prior to our stay. When we got there we were told we did not have a reservation and they had no other rooms similar to what we booked. Hotels.com had apparently messed up our booking, and Randi at the front desk tried for an hour and a half to straighten things out with them. That didn’t go so well, so we ended up cancelling the booking that didn’t happen and Randi found us a nice room. She is a wonderful person and made the 1.5 hour check in process enjoyable ( who would think that would be possible). Had a very present stay at the Best Western.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a variety of breakfast options each morning—plenty to choose from to start the day off right. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown Whitefish, which made exploring the area so convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We booked online the pool was closed, which was pretty much. The only reason we booked that hotel as well as for the gym and all the equipment wasn’t working we almost decided to switch hotels, but the lady said that we had booked through Expedia and it would be a huge pain in the ass to change our booking so we ended up staying.
