Terrible service staff. No one cared here.
The service staff were very rude. No professionalism. I had to wait 15 minutes each time at the front desk to get help from anyone. When they did come and I complained of a problem, no apology or care was given. Besides that, there was hair on my towel, a beer can outside on the patio attached to my room, and missing amenities that were listed on the page. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I was HIGHLY disappointed in this hotel. We arrived around 8pm. No one was at the counter. Rang the bell several times & still no one came. No signs or phone # to tell you what to do or to call. I ended up finding the phone # on another booking website. Called & was told my keys were in the bucket at the desk. That is not safe at all!!!! Someone who knows that's what they do could've taken the key, entered my room (leaving the door cracked since it doesn't close all the way), then taken the key back upfront and waited in my room. The person on duty showed up 10 minutes after we got there to make sure to scan my id and credit card. After we unpacked we noticed the sink plug was jammed & wouldn't drain. I told the girl upfront and she moved us to another room. She gave me 1 key and as I was asking for another one, she was running down the hall in a rush and said she'd give me another tomorrow. After she was gone, we noticed the door did not lock at all. There is no one around at all ever!!! My husband went out to smoke and called me because the key wouldn't open the front door. When I got up there, there was another couple waiting to get in too because they forgot their key (like it would've worked anyway). They too didn't know about the door situation. I have never stayed at a place where there wasn't someone around to help or have the front door lock. Information should've been provided at check in. Or at least have a sign up. Horrible experience!

Property was cute and clean. We were very unhappy when they started cooking Indian food with extremely strong odor of curry. We felt nauseas and were not able to stay the night unfortunately. So we drove 2 hours back home.

Very nicely updated property at a reasonable price. We were there in the off season, so the pools were closed and the area was pretty quiet. Most everything we wanted to do in wildwood was walkable from the hotel. The bathroom light and fan seemed to mysteriously be on when we got back to the hotel on two occasions, which was either from my wife accidentally leaving them on, or because the hotel is haunted. Nothing spookier than that happened, but if you're into recently remodeled, pretty affordable, possibly haunted hotels, this is the place for you.

Short staffed. No one Ebro at front desk. No helpful info about town. Breakfast area is a coffee machine which had the same stains for 3 days, no napkins and trash overflowing. This was the front lobby! Floor in the room was not clean and smelled when you walked in. Like a musty smell. At least the bed was comfy! I wouldn’t stay again even though it was a good price and a short trip to Cape May.

My room was tiny. The beds took up the entire room. There was hair in the bathroom in a few places. The beds were clean and comfortable. And at least the updated bathroom is nice. But room 307 is probably the worst room you can get there.

Very close to the boardwalk. They provide parking which is convenient. 2 queen bed room was very cramped. Very small room. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap. The one they proved is very small and not good quality. Stayed on a Saturday night and it was a bit noisey. I wish I brought my ear plugs. No elevator to 2nd floor. Other than that the overall stay was fine.
