The resort looks nice but needs work, AC is outdated, only 1 elevator works, service was so bad I’ll be contacting corporate for the first time as the experience was so terrible I need a vacation from vacation. I would not recommended this resort at all.

My wife and I got married here at Dreams. Even though we were 2 days late bc of not making flight in Miami, Indiomar did a fantastic job and everything he set up it met our needs. He and his staff are wonderful. The front desk and room service were very delightful. Went above and beyond from the time we got here. We will be back, possibly anniversary

Please please please, don’t waste your money on this Godforsaken place. Customer service is nonexistent, food options are limited, the resorts needs serious repair, the entertainment is decent but not authentic to the island. In over 30 years of traveling the world, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Luxury resort is a joke. I bet there are nicer motels.

I wouldn’t stay at another Dreams resort even if it were free. I’ve traveled all over the world and never had an experience this bad. Complaints fall on deaf ears and it’s obvious staff does not care. Housekeeping does not replace towels or properly clean, bartenders ignore patrons at the bar and even in the midst of possible delay with the hurricane, the resort wouldn’t even offer a discounted stay. Worst worst worst resort ever. And the nerve to be marketed as luxury. That place needs to be closed down, and renovated with proper customer service training. I’m surprised they’re even still in business with the level of service they provide. 0 stars

Air conditioning needs to be updated. It was unable to keep up with 100 heat index. There was a large floor fan in the room but it was still very warm. Otherwise the room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was good size and clean. Refridge was restocked everyday. Furniture was older micentury modern. Food and drink service was spotty. Sometimes it took long waits for food and drinks. Other times though it was great. Just depended on server.

This is the 5th time I stay at a Dream property. This was my first time at Dream in Curacao. My room was great but the cleanliness of the bathroom was something. The tub was dirty and i know this because i got in the tub with my slippers and rubbed the walls with them and dirty came off. In think the bathroom door should be wiped dow. there were black finger prints and specks of blood. Food and drinks were good. I asked about being upgraded or if there was a cost to be in preferred club but it was not offered. I did love the property being safe and overall quiet.

My stay at this so-called dream hotel was a total disaster. The property was dirty, the pool area was a mess with broken chairs and damaged rails, and the hotel rooms were old and rusted. Despite paying extra for "preferred services," there was only one bottle of top-shelf liquor, hidden in one bar. The entertainment was dull, and the worst part was the bed situation. I booked a king bed but got a queen, and when I complained, they claimed it was their “version” of a king. Their solution? A room with two beds. Never again!

They are currently making additions to this hotel which is necessary because it need some sprucing up. Our room AC remained at 60 but the room felt like 80. The food was sub par, Im not sure what the national dish is in Curacao but I'm sure it wasn't what we were served. I also felt very uncomfortable trying to eat and birds are also trying to eat out of our plates. They were everywhere.They did keep the facility clean I must say and I enjoyed the unlimited drinks especially the champagne. They need more activities to keep the entertainment going. I was more entertained by the concert across the street vs. The hotel. Overall an ok stay

I hated my room. Balcony view was facing the roof of all the buildings , tub in room was dated and chipped also chipped toilet seat. I tried changing but front desk was rude
