Amazing! Super clean, well appointed, large rooms. Decor well thought out, all furnishings as well top-notch! Very impressed. Super comfy beds too. Staff very friendly and helpful. All-in-all a most pleasant time. Will definitely come back again and again.

Great hotel in a very convenient just off the highway location with a gas station and restaurants within walking distance. If you are travelling with a trailer that is so helpful.

Hotel nice & modern. No indoor pool. Breakfast same everyday. No alternating meat or egg choices. Coffee maker down first day. But housekeeping and kitchen staff nice. Room small but nice. Bathroom very nice. Our room was at the end at right close to I 81. Could hear trucks all night.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We were awakened at 3 AM by young men yelling and arguing and threatening each other in the hallway. This was a Saturday night, so, perhaps this is to be expected and is not the fault of the hotel. In the morning, there was no coffee at breakfast and that was disappointing. (Machine was broken) I wouldn’t mind staying there again and hope the behavior of the clientele would be better next time.

It’s very clean, new and very well furnished. The breakfast was not well serviced. There was no coffee since the one single machine was not working. There was also no one at the front desk at check out…. too few staff for a busy morning.

When we tried to check in a little early, the person at the desk was very rude. I asked about checking in at 2:00 instead of three and she said our room wasn’t ready yet, I then asked what floor we were going to be on and she said she didn’t know. I told her we would go get something to eat and then be back after 3:00 and asked if our room would be ready then and she said she didn’t know. I asked where she would suggest was a good place to eat and she pointed next door. I asked if there was anywhere in the area that might be serving corned beef and cabbage (as it was St.Patrick’s weekend) and she said she had no idea. When we came back after a late lunch there was a totally personable check in person on duty. She was very suite. Other than this one glitch, everything was perfect and I would have given it a 10.

Would stay again for sure!
Needed a room for the night while traveling. Reviews were good and price was great. I was not disappointed. Room was huge with a sofa. King size bed was comfortable. My room was on the end near a highway and I did hear the traffic. I usually prefer to have a fan running and white noise to help me sleep. The thermostat did not allow for the fan to run constantly so the traffic noise was the only negative. There was also a fantastic Mexican restaurant just a few steps from the hotel (other food choices as well).

From check in to checkout the staff was great. The beds are SO comfortable…super comfy and clean. Appreciated the microwave, fridge, laundry facilities (tho didn’t need them), a very good free breakfast. Lots of shopping and gas pumps nearby. And a great Aldi’s just steps from the hotel would def stay here again! Question for Comfort Inn - I do not require an accessible bathroom but why are there no grab bars for bath/shower?
