A second home in the lake district
Great place to stop to see around the lake district. Very warm, welcoming hosts. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice and a good variety of options. Plenty of onsite parking for guests. Can be a bit tight to park around the back of the building but makes good entertainment for the hosts to watch

Quaint B&B, just with luggage would book differently next time, as we were 29 steps up carrying baggage. Also my husband just about knocked himself unconscious 3x with the low beam above the bed

Lovely Stay
Room was lovely and whole place well decorated. Key collection hassle free, we used the Spa facilities nearby for free which was a added bonus. Breakfast was good. Free on site parking.
