I had a brief 2 night stay over a long weekend, and my reason for booking the room kept me away from sampling any of the amenities (pool,restaurant,lounge,etc) other than the room itself. The check-in and out processes went very smoothly and my room was very clean and neat with everything from coffee maker to fridge and free wi-fi. Any staff member I spoke to was courteous and helpful…highly recommend staying there

Overall the hotel was good. I was placed on the top floor which was really nice. However, the top floor hasn't undergone renovations yet, unlike some other floors, so the decor was quite dated/old feeling. No big deal, as most of the time there was spent sleeping. There was one issue with the room that did not get resolved while I was there. But front desk staff made it right in the end. Because of this good customer service, I'm going to be staying there again next month, in one of their newly renovated rooms.

Breakfast can be improved with more options. There was noise coming from some works either in the hotel or outside and it was not quiet. Homeless people annoy guests at the door and around the parking area

Great location
We enjoyed the renovations to the lobby. Unfortunately, we didn’t stay in a renovated room. The room was clean, and we loved the bathroom vanity with storage underneath the sink. The pillows weren’t great, but the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again, and look forward to a renovated room.
