The room we got was by the road, it was loud and the AC did not work properly, our room was not cleaned and I felt like I was being stereotyped by one of the staff as another woman and I went to get out keys redone and she was a white woman and the clerk did her key without any questions, prior to this her and I were talking and asking why the keys did this so she got her key done but I was asked for my ID and the clerk was not as nice to me as she was to her.

I am just disappointed that the hot tub is not working the day we arrive😢 they always do this on a weekend😢 they know there will be lots of clients so they shut it down saying its out pf service😜 but overall we love the place and PLUS it is pet friendly♥️♥️♥️our dog is family and they should welcome♥️ another plus is there is a park a few steps away and we can let our puppy walk there. The room is comfortable♥️ the place is quiet (no children shouting or running at the hallway) and the breakfast is a bonus♥️♥️♥️ i hope they keep it up. We will definitely stay there again♥️♥️♥️

They do housekeeping every 3 days, which didn’t feel like enough—I requested extra, but they opted out of cleaning the bathroom my whole stay. The free slurpies and coffee was really nice, as was breakfast—I was very pleased with the selection. The air conditioner was very loud and so was the street outside. Bathroom is so small I had to stand in the tub to close the door.

Comfortable and clean, but not amazing.
Elevator and hot tub were out of service. The air conditioning was squealing (fan needs cleaning). A lot of noise from the road. Otherwise, comfortable and clean stay for one night in Winnipeg.

It is a convenient location when coming in from the west. Rooms are very clean but small. Beds are comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water. Hot tub and elevator were both out of order. Secondary entrance is a little sketchy as it is right on a street corner, across from another hotel's bar.
