If you go in the winter only book a room at Hotel Rome. That’s connected to the indoor water park and theme park… You will have to walk outside for a quick second to get the the Theme Park… The water park we didn’t have to go outside at all to get to it… It was very close.

I encountered 5 unwated guest (roaches) within the 3 nights of my stay!!! Never again will i stay or recommend anyone to stay here. Felt like I was in a run down motel. The first night the power went out that should have been the red flag i needed to leave. I had high hopes but was let down. The water park however was decent. The hotel was horrible.

An employee working at the gift shop area within the waterpark was dishonest when my sons phone was turned in. Had to have management look into it after tracking phone to location, family who found the phone went to the desk with us pointing to drawer it was put in. Employee refused repeatedly to open the drawer. When we refused to leave until he did he finally relented and my sons phone-alone with 3 others!! We’re in the drawer. “Management was to look into it”

Our family enjoyed our time at the water park and theme park! Decent amount of stuff for off season too! Most places don't have it open off season weekdays so we were happy that they had hours at both during the week! The rooms were spacious and decent for the price. But of course the main attraction is not the fancy rooms at this type of resort but the attractions so we didn't spend too much time in the rooms. There is less amenities in the rooms like there is NOT coffee pots, irons, ironing boards, or Kleenex in the rooms. But there is a mini fridge and microwave so we managed to eat in our room our meals and skip the over priced restaurant in the parks.
