There were stains on the comforters and pillows. The pool room smelled of mildew. The pool and hot tub were very cloudy and stuff floating in them. I stepped onto the stairs to the pool and immediately slipped due to how slippery the stairs were. We wanted up checking out and going to a different hotel. Never again will I stay at a super 8 at least this one in Wisconsin dells. Very disappointing

The bathroom in our room had mold on the ceiling. We complained about a smell of marijuana down the hallway and when we opened our room it reeked of pot. The smell was coming through the vents. The front desk just sprayed Lysol down the hallway. The water catch for the fridge was overflowing into the carpet. To top it off we called the front desk to pick up our garbage since it was overflowing. The lady said it’s not her job and if we want it empty we can take it out to the dumpster….. hotels are not cheap and this was not a good experience and felt like a waste of money.

The property was in disarray. The parking lot was littered with alcohol cans/bottles. The lobby rugs furnishings were worn. We could not swim in the pool as the chlorine was overpowering. The carpet in our room was stained and the bathroom tub was horrible. I use hotels.com whenever I travel on the road and have always been happy with my choices. I felt deceived by the pictures and offerings of the property and have to say that my trust level for Hotels.com slipped after this experience.

Convenient location. Check in was not great. I reserved the room but my husband wanted to pay with his card. The guy at the desk took my husbands card, knowing we wanted to switch to that payment and then never ran it and said it is already reserved with the other card. But never took my card to verify. Not good customer service. The hallway smelled liked marijuana and there was a broken hide a bed couch stood up on end in the hallway. One of the cheaper hotels in the Dells but not great.

Stayed at 5 different motels this summer and this one was the best of them, super comfy beds, great wifi and clean plus air cond. worked great as well.

Upon arrival had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter for check in. The building is very run down and not inviting at all. The blinds on all of the windows around the lobby are all hanging crooked and bent. Hallways are dark and the entire property smells like insecticides. We left the keys in our room and found another place to stay.
