Don't use hotels.com or hilton ever
Didn't stay at hotel as was covid hotel, hilton no help, yourselves couldn't get through on hold for over half an hour cut off ×2 so gave up. Rang both 2 months ago as email saying there was a problem but neither said there was and confirmed my booking, and said was guaranteed. Still got my money, luckily paid with PayPal so should be able to use them at least. It has cost me nearly £200 to have a hotel of the same quality near to friends who were booked in the Premier inn and then i get this message asking how was my check-in and another saying how is my stay, thought you are taking the p***. I was going to the British motor show so alot of hotels near by were all booked up and i booked what i thought was a good deal in a nice hotel, haha. Manager at hotel basically said speak to you booking agent, not interested. This was also supposed to be a sort of early wedding anniversary treat for us, spoilt. Customer service or help for both yourselves and the hilton a joke. No emergency number, live chat etc. Book elsewhere and save yourself cost,stress hassle and money. Will have to do something really exceptional to make me use them again as trust is gone. Will book direct in future with company's i can rely on and trust not these 2 companies which seem to be a total shower of s***.

There was a large amount of dust in the room, as soon as I entered my allergies were triggered as of the excessive amount of dust in places like the bed headboard and other areas which should be cleaned or dusted before hand. Other than that everyone and everything with the booking was good. Thanks

Very disappointing, will not be staying again
No food or drinks available by the time I could get there after work both evenings, just the poor quality coffee in the room. On first night staff member was kind and got me some food from the kitchen but no such offer the second night. Pre-prepared cold breakfast given in brown bag in morning, with undercooked bacon roll available form a drawer in reception. Lift was out of order, had to take the stairs to the fourth floor- not ideal with heels and suitcase. Furniture and furnishings not in great condition. Have stayed in several hotels throughout the lockdown period and this was definitely the poorest. Was expecting more from a Hilton.

Good location and spacious
The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the M4. Parking was easy and there is provision for EV charging which is good. We had a family room which was a good size and clean. Only negative was the footbridge to get to the hotel was very slippery. This would be treacherous for someone who wasn't sure-footed.

We stayed during lockdown, as we were filming an upcoming film - therefore could not use the facilities, however, the room was very spacious and the food was surprisingly good. We worked grueling hours, but found the stay peaceful and comfortable.

It was clean, and a nice room, the heating was hard to work out, for both me and the staff - they gave me a portable heater which worked. Food was good, breakfast was a bit rough.

Do not stay here if you have a choice
Paid extra for exc room - had no heating - No working fridge - no heated towel rail - no food / drink after 9.30 no maid service at all unless you request. Reception all very nice - really had no issue with any. Manager tried telling me the Heated towel rail came on with hotel heating at 5.00 - rubbish, it was broken - It was only a problem as our items were wet after swimming and needed them for next day,
