I would recommend this place
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hot springs hot tub is great. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Decor is a bit outdated. The breakfast is marginal, but It isn’t any worse the breakfasts provided at other hotels. None of them are good.

As others noted, it’s a mixed bag but mostly good! Lovely staff, cookies and flavored ice waters and lemonade at the front desk. Breakfast was average but good coffee and refreshing pool worth it. Facilities overall have seen better days but the hotel is more reasonably priced than its neighbor. Would stay again for the price and location right near the park.

The property is eclectic and in need of some renovation and updates. Old carpet that smells musty in rooms and hallways. Poor lighting. Beds are comfortable and room was clean. The thermal hot springs weren’t much to see so felt a little misled about the hotel. Overall, not worth the stay. The breakfast was good.

Food good, service good, restaurant bar area good, pool and hot tub, yard good. Condition of suites..rooms are VERY OLD and VERY RUN DOWN. Dirty carpets needed remodeled 20 years ago. Just flat falling apart no efforts, no pride or efforts in upkeep budget that's for sure. To bad owners don't care about building the cost for stay is very high considering what you're sleeping in. 2 star highest on that .

A great place to stay, great location. Brilliant!
The room was clean and spacious giving a lovely first impression. We loved that it was situated in a manner we could walk outside and enjoy the pool and mineral hot tub. The evening dinner and breakfast was excellent and so lovely we didn't have to travel for good and affordable food. The décor was amazing throughout and especially for us who have lived in W. Africa almost 20 years! We appreciated how tastefully everything was done and the hotel is in a great setting with fantastic drives both to and from the location. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel location is in a perfect location. Thermopolis is a wonderful town and being in the State Park with walkable and easy access to hiking trails and hot springs was wonderful. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful on checkin and other times when needed. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. I would stay again if I'm every in the area.

The hotel's character and decor was a throwback to the 60s, but it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that it is located in the state park and had much for us to explore from the hot springs to the driveable area where we spotted some buffalo. The restaurant food and service was good, and the woman at who checked us in was very helpful not only with the amenities at the hotel but gave us helpful information about the park and what to see and do there. Our stop in Thermopolis and stay at the hotel was a pleasant surprise!
