Fantastic hotel in every way.
Fantastic hotel in the heart of the walled city. Walking distance from many sights. Close to great restaurants. Very clean, amazing breakfast, fabulous friendly helpful staff. It was our second time staying here. We loved it again. Great place.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious and always spotless, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is incredibly strategic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were very helpful, though the only downside was that none of them spoke English, which made communication a bit challenging. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, a great way to start the day. Another bonus was the free laundry room available for guests. Overall, a fantastic stay with great amenities and convenience – highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Xi’an Eastern House Boutique. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel’s location offered plenty of great dining options nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention to 十⼀. She went above and beyond by thoughtfully arranging complimentary afternoon tea for us while we waited.

This hotel was on on-par with others that were twice the amount. The check-in service was so smooth and efficient. I barely had time to finish my welcome mango juice before they were whisking my bags to the room. As for the room, it was tastefully appointed with marble in the bathroom, good wood textures on the closets, and such an adorable tea set on the desk. I also want to point out they left a welcome sheet that also gave you the temperature for that day as well as the next. The location is within walking distance of some great food and shopping. The only thing I would like to call out is that if you are coming in from the train station, definitely take a cab. Also, contact the hotel so you can get the Chinese name to tell the taxi driver. And now to my favorite part, the staff. They were already great with check-in and everything. But I would like to say they were even more phenomenal after I sustained an injury while walking around the city. They were all so sweet and caring. Between loaning my friend and I a wheelchair to use. Bringing up multiple pillow s so I could keep my leg elevated. Bring up ice and plenty of bags to put it in. Then helping us grab a taxi and load everything. It just helped me be able to not freak out. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Xi’an

Beautiful hotel, just looking perfect. My experience was almost perfect. The thing to really improve is the customer service, I've asked a simple customer question: "Which metro to use to go to the Terracotta Warriors?". Instead of giving me basic info, they tried as hard as possible to sell me a full-guided tour for a high price. I had to find out that info elsewhere.

Exceptional service from this super friendly and helpful staff from every department. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable, as expected from this 4 star hotel. It’s the service and hospitality that made our stay 10 stars! 尹改利 who works in the restaurant is super friendly. I have never experienced this level of detail and helpfulness at any hotel. The afternoon tea included with our room was a cheery addition with fruit, nuts and dessert selection varying over our weekend stay in Xi’an. The staff is so attentive to our needs and have a pleasant attitude. They watch out for you when you leave areas in case you leave any belongs behind they will bring them to you right away. I highly recommend you book your entire stay here. The location is great near to the attractions. Our trip here was made more memorable because of the excellent hospitality and service from the staff, from front reception, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff, truly exceptional.

A nice hotel in a great location (15-20 minute walk) to the Bell Tower, metro station, and South Gate. Breakfast at their restaurant was a highlight based on variety and quality. Staff also speaks good English and is always there to help.

Very good location, within walking distance to the city wall and bell tower as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and did everything we asked very quickly. They could speak English. The hotel offered a great laundry service which I used a few times. This was self service and very easy to use. The hotel also offered afternoon tea for free which was a nice selection of cakes and snacks and a great way to relax after a day of exploring the city.

I can’t think of a single complaint about this hotel. The room was nice and clean, bottled water was always provided. Slippers, bathrobe, and water boiler were provided too. It wasn’t good walking distance from the night market, about 15 minutes each way. We paid for the breakfast to be included every morning, which was good. We had room service one night and ate lunch or dinner there another night. No complaints about the food. There’s also a daily tea, which we unfortunately did not have a chance to take advantage of. Housekeeping noticed I washed some of my laundry in the room and wrote a really nice note to me in Mandarin to inform me about on-site laundry facilities that I could use. I saved the note.
