Good Budget accomodation. Staff friendly but facilities a little run down.

Comfortable. Great views to water, groceries across the road, trams 2- or 3-minutes' walk, helpful reception staff.

After being given a sub standard room (which was changed) we found the stay fine. A couple of points; the ergonomic design of the bathroom around the basin was cramped caused by a mirror cabinet that doesn’t need to be there as it’s not used. It sticks out too far. Secondly the issuing of only one key is inconvenient for a couple. On the plus the location was great, close to all amenities. One final comment, the room was looking tired

Whisper quiet room. Spotlessly clean. Staff were great. Walking distance to Bourke Street and trams.

Was a pleasant stay , the facilities were good and it was a nice area !
