The hotel is nice. Staff is nice- but for $300 a night the bed was hard as a rock. I usually stay at Hilton hotels specifically for the beds. I had to move to the couch at 2 am. We were in town for a competition so our daughter could get good rest- and that was a bust.

We were on the first floor and had a parking lot view. We walked around the room and noticed that things were very clean. The bathroom was pretty modern with a healthy supply of towels and supplies. The only negative was the sofa bed. After being on it for a while, sunk and became uncomfortable to sit on. The bed was comfortable. The coffee area had a lot of supplies. We would recommend this hotel and will return sometime in the future.

Front desk staff was really friendly. Room was clean but toilet bowl was slow when u flushed it , which made me nervous that it was going to clog ( it didn’t ). Bathroom was clean but could use an upgrade. Bed was comfortable enough but I didn’t like the scratchy quilt cover. The breakfast was enjoyable. Overall decent stay

Great hotel with clean room and friendly staff
Had to grab a hotel room in short notice. Easy to book, room was clean, staff was very friendly. Dinner was easy since Texas Roadhouse was night next to the hotel. Breakfast was nice as well! Would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I stay at this hotel twice a year. Never had a problem. The cost for 2 night was just over $500.00. I don’t mind the price if it is worth it. We never got maid service. We were not informed there would not be any service. We were by an exit and it was very noisy keeping us awake. Unfortunately I will look at other options next visit

This is my hotel of choice when I visit York because it is very convenient to places I go and to the people I visit; lots of restaurants, a beautiful park, shopping, access to the highway, as well as local law enforcement should an emergency come up. I think this Inn could improve the breakfast because other Hampton Inns do better.
