My new go-to for York
We visit York regularly to spend time with family. I prefer to avoid route 30; there is a lot of traffic noise and it's inconvenient (my parents live closer to Red Lion). Hotel2 has consistently been our best experience of the hotels we've tried. It's clean, well run, the staff is happy, the breakfast is good, and it's well maintained. It's not always the cheapest option, but it's competitive and worth the extra expense. If you like to exercise, the gym is good here, and there's a nice path about 0.5 mi away in the other side of the Vo-Tech.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and we had opportunity to enjoy the heated pool. All in all, we were well satified with our experience. Only one complaint. The bread on the breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock.
