Very noisy till lateish in evening (10:30pm) with many young hockey and vollleyball teams' children running the hallways and banging doors. HVAC wasn't thermostat controlled in our room and was far too hot and uncomfortable for the first night. Very expensive for SK, Canada. Breakfast was actually fine (pancake machine was working!), well stccked and clean.... BUT we waited till the young Teams had left for the day.

All in all our stay was very good. Place was nice and staff was great. Continental breakfast was simple but filling. Beds were comfortable for us and room was spacious. Only minor complaint was the nonstop noisy fan on heating unit. Would stay again.

The customer service was severely lacking. During my stay, I had texted the provided number at about 7:30 pm to inquire about possibly getting a couple bottles of water, I then decided to go for a swim til about 8:30, when I checked my phone and still had not received a response. I messaged back to see what was happening and was told they were "still checking availability on water". Okay fine, so at 930 pm I text again and am told the same thing "still checking availability". At this point, I was annoyed, I went out for a walk and when I came back on at around 1130, there was a new attendant at the desk who was able to get me water immediately. Whoever was replying to my texts obviously was very lazy and doesn't give a damn about guests.
