The room was very clean. The stairs were somewhat dingy. I liked that the sheets, pillowcases and blanket were white. I worry about bedbugs and they would show if they were there easier.

Do to the the temperature of my shower it set the smoke detector off when I opened the bathroom door. I understand policies and what not but to have my room barged in and accused of smoking multiple times even though I was standing in my towel which the MALE receptionist demanded that I move myself and allow him to come in my room while I was undress to ā€œcheck the roomā€ then apologize because there was no smoke in my room but lots of fog and steam like I explained to him.

This hotel was terrible! It smelled of wet dog and smoke and it says smoke free rooms. The sheets were dirty, the headboards were disgusting, the carpets were filthy, the toilet was loose, the paint was chipping and the walls were absolutely gross! The entranceway smelled of dirt and smoke and you could hear music and all the TVs. I would NEVER recommend or stay here again!

SERVICE AT IT'S WORST!
I had made the reservation May 9,2024 on Monday when I check in my room was not ready, so they moved me to a room on second floor I am Handicapped with no elevator causing me extreme discomfort to get to the room. On Tuesday they moved me to the first floor in a handicapped room. during the entire stay there was no TV or internet. And there were roaches in the bathroom. And no maid service all week. THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN.

Liked the new renovations. I thought no drawers was odd. Fridge and microwave worked. Stayed 4 nights requested room service twice, never happened. Had to take out trash and request clean towels. However the towels were soft and very nice. Good breakfast also.

a great surprise
I have been staying at this property for years and it was becoming run down and in dis repair, but new owners bought it and are completely renovating the place. i couldnt be happier w my stay. so affordable great staff no riff raff, and that is huge in todays hotels!. they are still painting the halls and a few other things but the my room was pristine. i even went down and raved to the girl at the desk how happy i was. if you have stayed here before and are scared of what it was, give it a shot you will not be disappointed

Very dirty. Hallways smelled terrible. Cobwebs. Lights broken. Toilet seats dirty and broken. Spill splatters on the walls. Had to leave and go somewhere else.
