From the minute we set foot on the property, we feel so pampered. The check-in was easy and the gal Christine was super friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite with the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The separate bathroom and shower is wonderful. The soaking tub is a bonus. I enjoyed spending time in the spa after a long day of exploring Zermatt. Breakfast was delicious. The host from Portugal I think his name is Jorge is welcoming and helpful. Love our stay very much. Will sure return if I visit Zermatt again.

This is my second time staying here and wonā€™t be the last! Definitely a feel good hotel from the large opulent rooms to the spa area. Breakfast buffet is top notch, with so many options on offer. Make sure to get the ā€˜Matterhorn viewā€™ room. One thing to note is that none of the rooms are air conditioned. Not a criticism but something to keep in mind. We had a bit of a heat spell when we were there requiring the windows to be left opened at night. Definitely a highlight stay after completing the Haute Route track.
