Villa registered with the Tourist Office of Ste Lucie de Porto-Vecchio.
Recent villa because built in 2011. Facing south. Private swimming pool of 9m x 4m.
 5 bedrooms, 12 people, 4 bathrooms. Access to the fine sandy beaches of the Pinarello golf course, 500m away.
The decoration is neat. View of the kitchen and the living room on the sea, the island of Pinarello and the mountain.
The covered outdoor terrace allows you to take meals with a clear view of the sea and the mountain, but also of the swimming pool. A built-in barbecue is located near the dining area and the kitchen.
The living room and kitchen are very spacious (40 m2 and 60 m2 respectively).
Each double bedroom has its en-suite bathroom and is equipped with a 160 cm bed. All rooms are air conditioned.
The swimming pool is perfectly secured by a barrier with standards and equipped with a gate. Nearby there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The garden around the house is maintained and there is a pétanque court up to standards.
Finally, baby equipment is provided free of charge to tenants: baby cots, high chairs, deckchair, bath, changing mat.

Un excellent séjour!
Nous recommandons vivement ce logement! La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle, confortable, très bien équipée et convient parfaitement aux séjours entre amis et ou familles. L’espace de vie et la grande terrasse offre une très belle vue à tout de la journée. Les chambres et salles de bains offrent également de très beaux volumes et assurent tranquillité et intimité pour tous. L’accès aux plages par le sentier est un réel plus. Pas besoin de la voiture. L’accueil de notre hôte à été parfait! Un grand merci!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison. Elle est située au calme, entourée de végétation, et très proche d'une petite plage, à laquelle on accède par un petit sentier qui part du fond du jardin. La maison est très spacieuse, notamment la pièce de vie, et bien équipée. Le jardin avec les balançoires est également très apprécié des enfants. C'est une excellente adresse pour passer des vacances en famille et découvrir le sud-est de la Corse.

Superbes vacances en famille
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille avec les enfants dans cette merveilleuse villa. Encore plus belle en vrai qu'en photo! Tout est très bien pensé. Il ne manque rien. Chacun des couples avait son espace et sa salle de bain. Propriétaires très accueillant et sympathiques. Rien a dire de négatif. Encore merci !

Superbe semaine entre amis avec des enfants
Nous avons passé des vacances au top dans cette maison, elle est parfaitement sécurisée pour les enfants meme en bas age. Le coin nuit au rez-de-chaussée permet de garder le calme et la fraicheur tout en profitant sur la grande terasse de l'étage. Terasse qui offre une superbe vue sur la baie. La piscine et le terrain de petanque nous ont permis de bien profiter tout au long du séjour. La maison etant tres bien placée nous avons decouvert le sud de la corse avec peu de trajets en voiture. Encore merci aux propriétaires qui sont très à l'écoute et disponibles :) On reviendra !

Très agréable semaine. Villa spacieuse et très bien équipée. DANS la cuisine rien ne manque. Grande terrasse avec jolie vue sur la mer. Environnement calme. Proprietaires accueuillants et disponibles. Nous avons passés une tres bonne semaine ou chacun avait son espace. Je recommande cette location entre amis, tout aussi adaptées aux familles .

VACANCES, j'oublie tout...
Très bon séjour dans cette villa de rêve, où tout est conçu pour la détente, le plaisir, le bien-être, sans se gêner les uns les autres. Très grands espaces intérieurs/extérieurs. Tout est fonctionnel et en même temps très convivial. Les équipements répondent à tous les besoins. Très bien située géographiquement, à proximité de la zone commerciale de Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio, pas très loin de PORTO-VECCHIO, elle nous a permis la découverte du Sud corse. Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont très à l'écoute et très disponibles, très bienveillants. MERCI à eux pour nous avoir fait vivre des vacances de rêve. Description réaliste et conforme à celle du site de réservation. Petite suggestion : aménager le terrain de pétanque en y installant un éclairage et pourquoi pas de petits bancs (pour les parties qui durent)

On aurait bien aimé un panier d'accueil de produits locaux... piscine pas complètement propre à l'arrivée : ce sont les vacanciers d'avant qui l'ont beaucoup salie apparemment, à nous de mettre un produit pour booster le nettoyage

Totalement conforme à la description et même mieux!
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la location de Mr et Mme Mattei. Un accueil au top, de précieux conseils, tout a été mis en place pour nous satisfaire au mieux. Logement totalement adapté à 12 personnes (ce qui n est pas toujours le cas). Je recommande largement cette location et leurs propriétaires chaleureux !

Accueil vraiment au top . Nous avons eu beaucoup d explications pour nos futures visites avec un carnet très détaillé. La maison était encore au delà de nos espérances. Outre le fait qu elle soit très grande et très propre , nous avions également une gamme complète de vaisselles et autres . Je recommande vivement cette location .

Un séjour formidable dans une maison magnifique
Nous avons passé 2 semaines inoubliables à Zonza. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, meublée avec goût avec la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. La vue depuis la terrasse et la cuisine est tout bonnement exceptionnelle. Les montagnes d'un côté, la mer de l'autre , dans un cadre très verdoyant et sans vis à vis.Beau coin piscine. Les photos sur le site correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Et cerise sur le gâteau, des propriétaires à la fois très sympathiques et très discrets. Mme Mattei vous explique tout ce qu'il y a à faire dans les environs, des plages aux ballades en passant par les restaurants et les marchés de produits locaux. La plage est à une dizaine de minute à pieds, très facilement accessible. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Toller Familienurlaub in einem exzellentem Haus
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie 8 Personen und 2 Babys in der Villa verbracht. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt, Frau Mattei war mit der Eincheckzeit sehr entgegen kommend und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist perfekt,es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die wunderbaren Sonnenuntergänge auf der schönen Terrasse sehr genossen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, die Cocktails an der Strandbar waren lecker und das Baden im Meer ein Genuss. Eine klare Empfehlung für einen Familienurlaub oder Urlaub mit Freunden.

Das Domizil bietet alles was das herz begehrt. Wir hatten tolle Tage am Pool, haben gemeinsam gegrillt und dabei den Kindern beim Spielen zugesehen. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts! Super sauber, toller Ausblick und gute Lage.

Sehr schönes und großes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Pool
Wir haben die Zeit in dieser tollen Villa mit den freundlichen Vermietern und der grandiosen Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge sehr genossen und wären am liebsten gleich da geblieben.
