This hotel has 24-hour front desk person and close to the airport. The room has a modern touch , which I really like. Also the breakfast was included and the food was delicious.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and looked nice. Location is great and actual parking lot at the back of hotel is the greatest thing they have. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good as well. Definitely recommend to everyone. Great for the price.

I have read a lot of good reviews about this hotel and it is true. They only missing two things that I like, coffee maker in the room, instead they have it in basement, and they don’t have swimming pool, but everything else is really good.

Very friendly staff, we felt very welcomed and lovely touches with drinks station. Facilities in the room could have been better, there was side table lamp with no where to plug into and general lack of plug sockets.

The staff was the best; they give you tea or coffee anytime of the day, the breakfast was fresh and varied and excellent. The foyer was large and comfortable. Oh, and parking was in a safe place.

We booked fir 1 night, and got a room bigger than the one we expected, in the old building. We loved it and decide to stay another night, when we stayed in the new part. Incredible hospitality and service. They accommodated my check-in time and even helped me seek treatment for an injury i sustained the night before. I’ll shout from the mountain top how impressive this establishment is! And it is situated perfectly for tourist travel!

Excellent customer service! The owner couldn't be nicer. We had to leave early for the airport next morning, he made sure that breakfast was ready an hour before it's supposed to open. Hotel is about half an hour driving from Amman airport. Our room did not have AC.
