Great Stay, Great Manager, Great Kitty.
Frontdesk agent/manager was great. Super friendly and very helpful with great suggestions and opinions about where to go and do. Actually allowed us to leave our bags with him before being able to check in and also allowed us to borrow an umbrella due to the rain. Place is secure and we felt safe. I had read the reviews before booking here so I knew about the narrow stairs upon entering. We are not the typical 300+lbs Americans so the stairs were not an issue. We actually enjoyed the workout. Just don't be high while trying to descend the stairs or you'll be go flying. Have a camera ready just incase though. Overall, great stay, convenient, safe, inexpensive, and will return. Thank you.

Zane was most gracious, even hauled our luggage up and down the many steps. Good location. Comfortable bed with quality bedding. Room is small, but we made it work.

Entrance is a very steep climb of stairs but no problem. Booked last minute at night and was able to reserve and check in no issues. Greeted by the awesome Mr.Kiko and front desk was very helpful. Room is not big but does the job for being a clean and safe place to rest. Doesnt come with much but the bathroom was clean. Location is prime central so no problem traveling from here.

If you don’t like stairs or can’t climb, this is not your hotel. Very steep stairs- the employee while we were leaving was irritated that we woke him to carry our suitcases down.

Amsterdam is a very expensive city to stay in! The Sharm Hotel is far less expensive than most other options I didn't know about the many steep stairs, with no lift. They were a shock. I also found the room very small, but to be fair, it was the same as the photos. However, the staff went out of their way to do everything possible to make our stay comfortable, including assisting my husband carry our luggage on those stairs. Daily servicing replaced the excellent towels; we were given a fan on request; even the toilet paper was top quality!

500+ Euro for 3 nights for a very small room and tiny toilet is not worth it. Though host/reception is friendly and they were cleaning the room everyday.

One night stay here more so because of the location. Other than that this is not a comfortable place to stay. The stairs are steep and hard to climb, there is no space in the rooms and no dining options at all.. nothing for breakfast
