The property should have had a major refurbishment at least ten years ago the staff were lovely and the rooms were cleaned spotlessly every day buffet breakfast was pretty average but the photos of the hotel were obviously taken when it was brand new

This was our 2nd time to this property and it will be our last. We rebooked again this time as we liked the pool area. HOWEVER this time it was very disappointing to see from day one, pool staff reserving loungers for people. I saw money change hands as pool attendants took backhanders to reserve loungers. This was happening when the loungers were not even being used. One day I saw vacant loungers for 3 hours (with towels on them looking like they were occupied) . Those who were genuinely using the pool could not get a lounger!! I witnessed guests (including ourselves) asked to vacate loungers, and then other guests who obviously paid them be given the same lounger. Check out all the towels on the loungers first thing in the morning laid out exactly the same with no one on them ! All made to look like they are being occupied. Some days they sat vacant for the whole morning not being used. Also there was a day I couldn't even get a towel because they were all laid out on these "reserved" loungers. When I questioned it I was told to use the towel from my room !! Will never go back to Kuta Paradiso again !

Staff very nice ,mixup with collection on arrival at airport after an hr of looking for diver , trying to contact the hotel via airport service centre ,got and paid for my own taxi ,I did receive a room upgrade which was appreciated . My tv had to be replaced as wasn’t working properly,asked if I could get a fan for the room as aircon not cool enough ,no fan available .Overall property is a bit tired looking around especially around the pool area but a good position in Kuta .

Its Bali - what can you complain about?
Great location and nice room. Only complaint was that is smelled faintly if cigarettes but that is not unusual for places in Asia - especially ones that seem to cater to Europeans.

An amazing hotel with lovely staff. Airport Transfers - Seamless and a perfect start to our holiday. Check in and out were seemless with attentive staff. The inclusion of a meal voucher, discount food and beverage voucher and 30 minute massage was a lovely suprise. Our Deluxe Pool View room was lovely, clean, spacious and included a balcony overlooking the pool. Large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Gorgeous room. Breakfast - So much variety with an Omlette, Waffle and Pancake Station. A nice addition to create your own specific order. Many hot dishes also available. Jalanidi Spa - Wonderful Balinese Massage Matilda Sports Spa - Lots of Australian and International Sport on the Big Screen. The slider burgers are a must try. Delicious! Thank you to everyone at Kuta Paradiso for making our stay wonderful. High recommended.
