Great location in Amsterdam. Although our room was rather small, it was more than made up for by the fact that the location was fantastic for us. The staff was helpful and the public transportation was very convenient.

Quiet room. Very easy to walk to Museum area. Plenty of food available nearby. Nespresso in room. Air con worked well in room. Also nice that room had USB chargers built into desk area.

The hotel is located near Rijksmuseum and Van Gough Museum; which is the primary reason we chose to stay here. The room is a typical room size in Europe, adequate with all the needed basics. Public transportation to the main train station and downtown is in walking distance; breakfast is with decent selections.

The staff are excellent friendly and helpful unfortunately the the first room was dirty and had a strong smell and the room itself was very small. The second room was clean and tidy but after a bad night's sleep i realised i was trying to sleep in a 3 legged bed witch is not ideal

We booked a room with a window. We had a window that was 8 feet up and approximately 1’x2’ with opaque glass and not operable. We paid extra for this?! We had black hair fall out of our towels and the towels were very threadbare. The room we had looks NOTHING like the pictures.

We had a great time at XO. The location was very convenient, and all the museums we planned to visit were within walking distance. The check-in was the fastest I've ever experienced, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The area is very nice, quiet, and safe, with some good food options around. Public transport is also close by. I highly recommend it!

This was our first trip to Amsterdam, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel staff wasn’t unfriendly but not overly welcoming or helpful like we’ve encountered in other European countries. The rooms are very small and they weren’t necessarily cleaned each day. We had to ask for more toilet paper, coffee and tea. The room was clean when we checked in. The room doors had to be pulled to shut so they made a bit of a slam noise each time someone shut their door.

Great location only a few minutes from the big museums and in a really quiet neighborhood. Staff was great, rooms nice and overall a great stay. About a 15 minute tram ride into the the city center but also very walkable. Loved that the park was right near the hotel.

Rooms are small, but we didn’t spend time there during the day so it was manageable. The staff was mostly very nice and attentive. Location is excellent, with the Rijs and Van Gogh museum at a short walk distances, Cafés, tram and supermarket in the near vicinity.
