Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people.

The room has a 160x200 bed (King Size), a TV and plenty of storage. The living room offers a sofa bed 140x200 cm (Double) as well as a second TV with international channels and possibility to connect to Netflix.
The apartment is equipped with wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a coffee machine and a dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and toilet.
Attention : wasing-machine is out of service.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

The accommodation is on the 3rd floor without elevator. There's a restaurant right at the base of the building, and a few odor nuisances may arise from time to time.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or at the underground car parks Hôtel de Ville or Bonlieu.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.

After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Right in the heart of the historic downtown
This lovely condo was right in the heart of the action of the restaurants and stores and a short walk to the local's Saturday very large farmers market and lake. I found everything I needed in the place. The kitchen was well appointed. The color scheme was lovely. The bedroom was at the back of the property so away from the hustle bustle of the restaurants. It was up 3 flights of spiral stairs so recommend it to those, like me, that can do stairs.

Formidable !!
Appartement très propre, moderne, très bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour. Il est vraiment bien situé, très proche du lac, dans la vieille ville, dans une rue piétonne. Malgré les restaurants dans la rue, c'est calme, la chambre donne sur l'arrière et les fenêtres du salon isolent bien. Tout petit bémol : il n'y avait pas beaucoup de pression dans le pommeau de douche. Annecy mérite d'être visité et cet appartement est le lieu idéal pour y résider. Nous reviendrons...

La location est très bien située à deux pas du lac et dans le centre. Appartement très bien agencé, belle déco, très propre. Le fait d’être Au troisième étage sans ascenseur pourrait être problématique pour les parents de jeunes enfants.

Appartement très agréable, propre et très bien situé ! le seul petit bémol c'est la cage d'escalier pas pratique avec un bébé et une poussette car au 3ieme étage sans ascenseur et escalier en colimasson.

L'immobile è nuovissimo e molto bello, la posizione è centralissima e a 3 minuti a piedi c'è un posteggio coperto a pagamento. Unico piccolo inconveniente sono le scale da fare a piedi ma non è un grosso problema.
