Concorde Deluxe resort is a nice hotel on the beach with excellent service. All the staff are kind and helpful. Buffet food is very good and drinks are top shelf. Beach is nice. Pier is very convenient and has has a bar as well. It has a nice Spa. Everything is clean. Indoor pool water and the jacuzzi water is not warm enough unfortunately. Our room was tastefully decorated and clean. Anything extra we asked the room service was delivered promptly. The room was on the smaller side but had a nice sea view. Hotel itself has everything conveniently located. Very easy to navigate around. Building had nice pictures hanging on the walls everywhere. It has quite a few food options. I would go again if the price is right.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and professional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The buffets offered a delightful range of dishes, each prepared to perfection. The hotel’s beach truly exceeded my expectations. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the pool area was an oasis of relaxation. What truly sets Concorde De Luxe Resort apart is the exceptional level of service. Fantastic holiday! Will stay here again!
Fantastic hotel with exceptional service. The waiters are quick and always friendly. My 5 years daughter loved the kids club and the mini disco. The staff were attentive, passionate and engaging with the kids. The spa was great and they can fit in same day appointment. The hotel is situated on the beach which is very convenient for families with kids. All the pools were clean, however one of the kids pools was a little cold. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely stay here again!

The Air conditioning didn’t work. We spoke to guest relations nearly every day about it, and we asked for a fan. Each time we mentioned it we were told it willvebrought to our room.on our last day, guest relations said they don’t have any fans in the hotel. Why were we lied to for 6days? Service was good but food and room was average.
