Everything in Aspen is always great. You cannot go wrong with the food. However, they do not have late night deliveries in this town. Hotel Chan is decorated with the most beautiful taste. No detail has been overlooked. We really enjoyed our stay. And the breakfast was really amazing too. Five stars from me.

We made our reservation for the Hotel and its Prospect restaurant more than two months prior to our stay. One week before we were to arrive, we received a phone call from the restaurant stating they had just changed their menu from a la cart to a fixed menu priced at $175 per person. No other option available. And no apology. When we declined we were referred to the concierge desk and were booked in another local restaurant which was abysmal.
