Well….. we were actually traveling to Atlanta for Ushers concert…. Usher/Ticketmaster decided to cancel the event the day before… right when we were about to board the flight. I called the hotel to see if it was possible to move the reservation and they told me it was not their problem the event was canceled and they were not going to give the credit or move the reservation for the new concert day, Dec 12. Extremely disappointed, not planning to stay at a Marriott hotel event again. We lost our money and trust me… the Westin superior rooms were not cheap. Terrible experience with the hotel.

For starters the Valet area was not very accommodating as i had no one ask me if i needed help with my bags and the staff just didn't seem typically friendly in general...i was fortunate to make reservations to the sun dial restaurant and when i went to the front desk to ask for directions the gentleman only replied in a rude way if i had reservations which i told him i did and just pointed in the general directions of restaurant A CUSTOMER standing near the front saw the interaction and kindly walked me over there.....ive stayed at many Westin hotels its my go to when i travel so this was a not so great experience

The room key cards did not work well on the elevator and not all incidental charges were explained clearly at check in. We would not stay here again.

The property overall was good, but upon checking into our room, there was a room service cart with dirty dishes next to it. We honestly thought the room wasn't clean by the cart outside. The rooms are pretty small, but overall the property was good. $55 to park a vehicle is a little insane.
