When making this reservation, I was unsure of what the room would be like or the experience I would have at the hotel. I read all the reviews & made a reservation to stay in Bally Towers. Our room was moden & very clean; bed comfortable & not a bad view- have city view & was able to see a little of the ocean. We found the front desk staff to be pleasant & efficient. The hotel was clean & we enjoyed the casino. Didnt get a chance to sample the restaurants as we ate where we attended a show but in reading the offerings, we're looking forward to trying them upon our return. I must say I we were very pleasantly surprised & enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is kind of dated. The entire place seems to be infused with cigarette smoke. The staff doesn't go out of their way to be friendly. No smoke free area in the casino. The best thing is that it's close to Caesar's so you can use their casino which is much better.

Recently renovated room in Bally Tower. I was upgraded to a partial ocean view. Nice large indoor pool (adults only!) After Labor Day, pool is open only Thursday through Sunday. Large outdoor sundeck. Right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants In the middle of the boardwalk. Good value for the money. Veterans receive free self parking when you sign up for bally's rewards program, which is free. About 12 restaurants in hotel. I reaaly enjoyed my stay in this hotel!
