We just stayed at the Aria Resort for our son's 21st birthday celebrations. Our room had a terrible view from the 5th floor, not great considering we paid for a Deluxe King Room. The room had no tea or coffee facilities, which is crazy. Even the cheapest hotels normally have that. Other than that, the resort was nice, but don't think we shall come back here next time we visit Las Vegas.

Checked in and as opened the room , there were other people inside “our” room. This made huge screaming and almost risky intrusion on our part. Fault was of system glitch I was told that they gave us keys to a room that had people in it. Wish they could have done more than just not charge resort fee of $100. Left a bad taste.

Looks great upon approach, however that’s where it stopped. Check in was unfriendly, in helpful and not welcoming, we might as well completed the self check in. After a long day of travel we made it to our room, sticky dried liquid across walls and artwork, dust on top of doors in the bathroom. Too tired to complain and change rooms we endured a two night stay. A simple request for boiled water for safe drinking to allow us to make our child milk formula. We were told this was an extra charge paying $40 for a kettle. After a good sleep a new day began and it was spent by the pool, tasty food and drinks with friendly staff. Returning to our room and having clicked for electronic service our room had not been cleaned. Not the 5 star service we usually experience, left disappointed and looking forward to leaving.

Everything was perfect but my room smelled so much like cigarettes unfortunately and it wasn’t fixable, so i slept so bad. But the staff were great and tried to help by putting a defuser in my room but didnt help..

Attended a conference at this property. The conference center services / staff were excellent. Transportation to / from the airport was easy to arrange. The property, as are most of the properties on the strip, was very walkable. The food options were great, but most overpriced for the quality of food; travel a bit off strip for great food at more reasonable prices. Same for “convenience” store pricing as well.

No room upgrade although VIP, I find it hard to believe there was none available Parking expensive and key card access never worked so caused queues having to call for help Starting to look dated in rooms and hall ways, relying on past reputation but some renovations are required to freshen up the hotel Wifi didn’t work for the entire stay. Gym decent but very busy in the morning best to wait till afternoon
