The Condo at Palm Beach - Sun-filled 3 Bedroom Holiday Villa - Palm Beach

The Condo is a split level property, with the top level being an open plan modern kitchen (including all amenities), dining area and lounge room. This opens out onto a lovely intimate deck offering views over the Hauraki Gulf and Palm Beach. There is also a full bathroom on this level.

Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms as well as a further bathroom with bath and shower. The 3 bedrooms all have brand new and very comfortable beds complete with a choice of feather and standard pillows, there is 1 x king bed that can be split into singles if required, along with 2 Queen beds and a further couch which is wonderful for extra guests.

The Condo comes equipped with TV, Sky, stereo, Free WiFi and free off street parking. You have use of the resort swimming pool and spa pool (at a nominal fee of $25 p/p, to be spent at the resort bar or restaurant), bar and restaurant.

This is a very comfortable quality property which we are sure you will enjoy.

Pleasant environment and ideal location
The condo was just what we needed. The pool in the resort was a great facility with the children in there all the time. Palm Beach is lovely. Really good break from the city.

Great location + nicely appointed condo
This was a really good option for our long weekend with our teens. Really good location, just 10 minutes' walk to Palm Beach. The condo is elevated and spacious (although the kitchen was very compact). The bedrooms were a good size and nicely soundproofed. Comfortable beds. We ended up only using the downstairs shower because the fall on floor in the upstairs bathroom meant that the water from the shower flooded the bathroom. It's great to be in a resort but we didn't end up using the pool there and instead went to the beach. Being on the corner at the main entrance, it was a little noisy some nights as guests came and went, but it wasn't really an issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The property manager was very helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant.

Good location but apartment a bit tired
Property needs a lot of maintenance but generally ok. Doors don’t close properly, handles don’t work, squeaky floors, old showers that don’t seal and no dishwasher either. But location was good and bedrooms all decent sizes with big beds. Wifi didn’t work when we first arrived but the rental agent fixed this within a few hours.
