My husband and I have travelled extensively and understand the importance of quiet, quality, comfortable accommodation in a great location.
We have created luxurious accommodation, which is completely private and peaceful, with high quality furnishings and linen.
The bedroom, with a very comfortable king bed, opens out onto a private patio area. The lounge-room also opens onto a large private patio and beautiful garden setting for exclusive use with outdoor furniture and umbrella, your own Weber barbecue, gas fire, a flat lawn and a close up view of Kohimarama Beach.
The modern bathroom has a large bath and shower, with quality toiletries. It is a comfortable, quiet and relaxing place to return to at the end of a busy day.

This lovely place exceeded our expectations. Not only was it impeccably clean, the quality of the linens and furnishings really made the difference, making this stay feel like a real treat. The hosts are wonderful in every way. This place is a real gem, quiet and peaceful while being right in the heart of the delightful beachside community. Very peaceful. Endless places to enjoy a good coffee or a meal. This will be our top place to stay when we are in Auckland. Loved it.

Lovely apartment by the beach
We had a great stay by Kohi beach. The town had a very relaxing vibe and many small restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops etc. The hosts were friendly and the apartment was very clean. Well stocked kitchen, great water pressure in the shower, comfy bed (could use a firmer pillow but that’s a personal preference) and the onsite laundry was a lifesaver for us traveling long term.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. Maureen and John were great hosts and alway eager to help. The house was clean and had all the amenities a person could need. The beach is right around the corner and there are many restaurants and shops with in walking distance as well as a nearby bus stops. Can’t wait to come back soon.

The property was very well kept, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Some chocolates and a bottle of wine was waiting for us when we arrived, very nice. A top class Apartment.
My wife and I travel extensively and’ Seahaven’ is a real gem. The Apartment has all the amenities you would expect and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay of almost one month. We spent 4 nights at this beautiful property and really enjoyed it. It was exactly as shown in the photos, had a peaceful backyard oasis, and was so close to the beach. Maureen and John were easy to communicate with, and were available for any needs or questions. You can tell they have put a lot of thought and attention to detail into this property and it shows.
