For what we paid the hotel was not worth it, the deluxe double room is very basic and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. Rooms are dark and the digital heating/lighting system isn’t great. There are building works going on around the hotel too making it a little difficult to navigate. The hotel also isn’t as central as I hoped but that’s an oversight on my part I guess. Staff were ok, not rude but average. Breakfast is mediocre and I wouldn’t have paid for BB had I known this. Nice hotel but a really great 3 star at best.

The hotel is quite alright, but nothing more than that. The area is noisy and dusty because of construction that is being done. I had to pay 20£ for breakfast, when I was told it would be 13€. In the room there was an electric kettle, but no coffee maker. Bathroom was clean.

Very disappointed after a weekend away - problems every day and most unresolved. - parking website says 14pound/exit. charged multiples of this three days in a row, despite flagging it every time. No clear timeline for the promised refund. - Hotel room was freezing. Thermostat didn't properly work, and there were portable heaters in the common areas.. - Hairdryer didn't work. Took 2 days to get a new one. - Iron didn't work. - 22% hotels.com "vip" discount on food/drink, no one knew about it. For a 4 star hotel and the prices charged - shocking.
