The room is lovely but cramped in places. Between the bed and the sideboard to get to the bathroom, you have to walk sideways! The toilet is in a corner where you cannot sit comfortably.

Pretentious
Pretentious to the max. There are no room numbers, all rooms are referred to as a vineyard or bodega name. Birmingham city centre is expensive, this hotel is no exception. Very grand descriptions don't make things worth more. Expect to pay bottle price per glass for pretty average wines. £20 for a flavourless croque monsieur. All a bit annoying.
