Booked this hotel because of the good reviews but it was a disappointment. The room was quiet old and tired and had seen better days. The bathroom was also quite old. The door from the shower came off while I was having a shower and almost hit me. Also the lid of the extractor unit on the ceiling came off. When I told the receptionist they just said thanks for letting us know and didn’t seem to be really interested, which tells me that this is probably not the first time this has happened. This is worrying due to the health and safety aspect. Parking is quite expensive at £17.50 and while the breakfast is ok at £12.50 it is just a basic continental breakfast with very little choice. I would not stay at this place again.

Overall very happy with my stay here. Stayed here with a couple mates for a night out. Very comfortable beds and has everything you need. Very clean apart from seeing what looked like a bogey on the wall in the bathroom.

Very impressed! Staff helpful and efficient. Apartment spacious, clean, beds comfortable. Great location for Utilita venue. The only issue was noise coming, I assume, from other rooms which only stopped at 11pm.

Comfy heds, nice to have a tv in each area. Fully equiped kitchenette with tea, coffee, and washing up items. Had a duvet and sheet for sofs bed in the cupboard, but no extra pillows? Wear and tear to the flooring, and lack of cleaning attention to detail in corners and behind doors etc.
