Good location, however the staff let the hotel down, asked for iron and ironing board had to go get it myself, seemed everything was a bother from the young man with curtains for a hair cut. The house keepers walked into my room didn't announce who the were, knocked the door repeatedly, need do not disturb signs as that was a nightmare, unsettling with broken sleep, wasn't happy. Also pigeon fearhers in bath because window in bathroom was left open on arrival, shower fixed and not suitable anyone over 4.5". Breakfast buffet ok and restaurant staff were better.

Food was lovely, beds very clean and comfortable, room was warm. Our view was looking onto a wall 👎 entertainment was good, free parking was a plus, room was clean, small and a bit dated. I would probably go back if I went to Blackpool

Just needed somewhere for 2 days work. Very busy with pensioners but expensive for what was available. Struggled to get a drink with evening meal due to lack of bar staff. B&B but breakfast didn't start till 0830 and i was in work at 0730, no alternative offered.

Good big room double and single bed white linen on beds clean room got kettle and coffee /tea facilities bathroom clean and big with bath with shower over Staff all friendly would stop again we stayed half board great choice of food hot and cold cater for vegetarian also staff clean plates away quickly
